The adjudicators for the AfriSam-SAIA Award for Sustainable Architecture 2013/14 have met and, after much deliberation, decided on eleven successful submissions in Category A and four successful submissions in Category B.

This is a total number of 15 successful submissions for 2014.

“The process of adjudication is one of upscaling the conversation,” said adjudicator Gita Goven, following the process of sifting through the submissions. “We are looking forward to disseminating more information about the projects as soon as we have notified the submitting parties.”

The next step will be the in loco inspections of the successful submissions for Category A and presentations from the submitting parties in Category B.
