The SAPS 10111 building has been built primarily to improve SAPS response times and provide a significantly more efficient call out rate to the community as a result of the futuristic design approach.

Transparency is key and the hub of the building is the central call centre that is designed as an independent entity inside the space of the building’s structure, defined by a single mono-pitched roof. Open flow permeates the building and a Building Management System is in place to monitor the use of electricity, mechanical systems and water consumption. Rainwater is harvested; this water is then used for all the irrigation needs of the building.
