Submissions to the biennial AfriSam-SAIA Award for Sustainable Architecture + Innovation have surpassed even the previous record.
The four categories of the awards, Sustainable Architecture, Research in Sustainability, Sustainable Products and Technology and Sustainable Social Programmes aim to promote and increase cross-disciplinary learning and understanding in the field of sustainability and sustainable practice. This year’s adjudicators are Maryke Cronje (convenor), Richard Stretton, Dr Emmanuel Nkambule, Dr Sechaba Maape, Philippa Tumubweinee and Niraksha Singh.
